PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an iron solution and lithium solution in free mixer in a mixed state in advance, thereby preventing the clogging of an inlet due to the precipitation of Fe salt. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a positive electrode active material comprises a premixer(10), a main mixer(20), and a reactor. The premixer mixes Fe solution and lithium solution which is injected through the same line or different lines. The main mixer mixes the mixed solution and supercritical water. The reactor generates a positive electrode active material through the supercritical reaction of the mixture mixed in the main mixer. The ferric solution and the lithium solution are mixed by a bead milling. The premixer comprises a mixing vessel(11), a mixer(12), a rotor(14), and stator. The rotor is installed in the rotary shaft of the mixer an rotates by receiving power from the mixer. The stator mixes Fe solution and lithium solution and is fixed to be separated from the rotor.
