<p>Disclosed herein are heteroaroylamino substituted piperidine compounds of general formula I, wherein the substituents are as defined within the specification, processes for their preparation, compositions comprising said compounds and uses thereof. Said compounds are used as inhibitors of glycine transporter 1 (GlyT-1) and also have good selectivity to glycine transporter 2 (GlyT-2) inhibitors, as such are useful in the treatment of pyschoses, pain, dysfunction in memory and learning, attention deficit, schizophrenia, dementia disorders or Alzheimer's disease.</p> |
