PURPOSE: A panel-roof installing device and an installing method thereof, and a tunnel constructing method using the same are provided to reduce a construction process and enhance work efficiency by preventing a ground sinking. CONSTITUTION: A panel-roof installing device comprises perforating device(100), a cutting device(200), and a pressing device(300). The perforating device arranges a panel-roof along an installation line desired to press and boring holes(30) are bored respectively at positions where both sides of the arrayed panel-roof are pressed in. The panel-roofs have constant thickness and are formed lengthwise to a direction to be pressed. The cutting device is rotated by passing through the two adjacent boring holes and moved to the press-in direction, thereby cutting soil between the two boring holes. The pressing device pushes a rear part of the panel-roof along the cut portion, thereby pressing the same in underground. |
