PURPOSE: A bypass motor with an effective structure is provided to maximize the efficiency of a motor by utilizing both sides of a stator core. CONSTITUTION: A bypass core(20) is fabricated as a circular or polygonal disc type with a metallic material which is not magnetized and has good magnetic flux flow. The bypass core includes multiple bypass contact parts(22) at the inside. A bolt hole for assembly is integrally formed at the bypass core. A rotor(40) includes a magnet hooking protrusion and a bypass pole plate hooking protrusion. A bypass pole plate(42) surrounds a magnet(43) on both sides, and is fabricated in a state where a silicon steel sheet and a brass sheet are inserted at regular intervals and laminated.
