PURPOSE: An articulated electrostatic pen is provided to allow a user to accurately write words by using a circular plate which performs a reference point role. CONSTITUTION: A small ball(2) is inserted into end of a pen and a pen handle(1) in which electricity is conducted. A transparent electrode(6) is coated on a transparent circular plate(4). A coil is wound around the circular plate. The circular plate performs a pen role. The transparent circular plate and the pen handle perform a circular bearing role for automatically changing poses of the circular plate.
