PURPOSE: A shock absorbing guardrail for vehicle collision is provided to absorb impact force by simultaneously inducing a vertical bolt to shear destruction guide unit of a shock absorbing material while a cross bar is deformed. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing guardrail for vehicle collision comprises a shock absorbing material(10), a column(20), and a cross bar(30). A supporting panel(11) of the shock absorbing material includes upper and lower part flange panels(12,12') in an upper and lower part and upper and lower part webs(13,13') in an end. A shear destruction guide unit(130) is formed in the rear of a bolt hole(120) in the upper and lower part flange panels. A cross bar wraps the shock absorbing material, and a vertical bolt(40) is penetrated to the cross bar and the bolt hole of the shock absorbing material.
