<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a X-ray computerized tomography capable of cooling a X-ray pipe by using an aqueous cooling liquid and preventing cavitation occurrence in a circulation path of the aqueous cooling liquid, and its control method. <P>SOLUTION: A X-ray computerized tomography includes a X-ray pipe unit 10, an aqueous cooling liquid 9, circulation 11a, 11b, 21a, 21b, 21c, a circulation pump 22, a bellows mechanism mounted on a circulation path 30, a rotary frame, and a X-ray detector.
