<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing program capable of correctly extracting an original color area even from an image in which color is degraded. <P>SOLUTION: A foreground feature amount calculation unit 11 regards each pixel as a target pixel and calculates a feature vector indicating a difference in the color of the target pixel from colors of pixels in a predetermined range including the target pixel as a vector from an average color of the pixels in the predetermined range to the color of the target pixel in a color space. An integration determination unit 12 determines whether or not to integrate two pixels or areas to be integrated on the basis of similarity in the foreground feature vectors of the pixels or areas. An area integration unit 13 integrates the two pixels or areas determined to be integrated by the integration determination unit 12 into one area. At the time of the integration, a foreground feature vector of the area after the integration is calculated. A termination determination unit 14 determines termination conditions.
