<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device for delivering an infusion medium to a user. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery device includes: an inflatable structure 436 having an internal volume and having an end to engage with a plunger 434 for moving the plunger when first and second housing portions 420 and 422 are engaged; a second reservoir 438 supported by the second housing portion to store a second fluid medium for inflating the inflatable structure; a conduit 440 for connecting the second reservoir 438 to the internal volume of the inflatable structure 436; and drive devices 444 and 446 supported by the second housing portion 422 for selectively delivering the second fluid medium from the second reservoir 438 to the internal volume of the inflatable structure 436 via the conduit 440 when the first housing portions 420 engages with the second housing portion 422, and selectively inflating the inflatable structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
