<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high order delta-sigma modulation circuit that implements a characteristic improvement and a noise reduction while preventing circuit oscillation. <P>SOLUTION: A high order delta-sigma modulation circuit 1 includes: signal amplitude detection means 13 for detecting an amplitude of an input signal; a Δ-Σ modulation section 12 for inputting the input signal into a feedback circuit and looping an output thereof in multiple cycles to output an output signal; and computational accuracy decision means 14 for deciding a computational accuracy control signal depending on the detected amplitude and inputting it into the Δ-Σ modulation section 12. The Δ-Σ modulation section 12 multiplies a signal amplitude of an output to be input again into the feedback circuit by a negative gain α based on the computational accuracy control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
