<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an image desired by a user at all times even in a multi-frame mode. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: an imaging unit for outputting imaged images obtained by imaging a subject; a first image acquisition unit for acquiring an image of a first field angle from the imaged images; a second image acquisition unit for acquiring from the imaged images one or more second images of a second field angle narrower than the first field angle; a recording controller for video recording one image among the one or more second images; and when the second image being currently recorded by the recording controller does not satisfy a first subject condition, a controller for allowing the recording controller to video record by switching to another second image satisfying a second subject condition among the one or more second images acquired by the second image acquisition unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
