<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the inside of a pipe having a relatively small diameter. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection device includes: an insertion part 1 inserted into the inside of a pipe; ultrasonic sensors 111 provided in the insertion part 1 to transmit ultrasonic waves to an inner surface of the pipe and receive reflected ultrasonic waves while disposed inside the pipe; and a sensor moving mechanism 12 having a sensor support part 112 for supporting the ultrasonic sensors 111 movably in the radial direction of the pipe, a driving source part 121 for performing reciprocating operation along the pipe, and a moving part 122 for moving the sensor support part 112 in the radial direction of the pipe in accordance with the reciprocating operation of the driving source part 121. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
