<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure convenient as an outdoor furnace for heating and also as a cooking stove, and capable of obtaining suitable and sufficient heating power. <P>SOLUTION: A body 1a surrounding a fuel combustion part is constituted of a base 5, an engagement part 6 provided at the base 5 to be able to displace to the vertical direction, and a fuel receiving tray 4 which is a separate body.
