<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an answer sheet wherein its correspondence relationship to test paper has been made easy to identify for the host organization side and difficult to identify for the examinee side. <P>SOLUTION: The answer sheet 1 has a name field 10 for writing an examinee's name therein and an answer column 30 for writing answers to questions therein. The name field 10 has an ID pattern formed in imitation of, for instance, alphabetic letters or number symbols by changing the thickness of a ruled line forming the name field 10 in accordance with the type of exam questions. Thereby, the host organization side can identify the correspondence relationship between the answer sheet and the test paper by viewing the ID pattern formed of the ruled line of the name field 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
