<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus of mixing a solid material and a liquid while reducing the contaminating amount of gas as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The mixing apparatus 1 for mixing the solid material S and the liquid L includes: a pre-mixing section 2 which forms a first mixture M1 containing the solid S in the form of powder, granules, massive material, etc. and the liquids L, and also containing the gas A mixed therein; a storage container 3 which accommodates the first mixture M1 formed in the pre-mixing section 2 to temporarily stay so that a stay layer of the first mixture M1 is formed and a free liquid level J of the stay layer is exposed to the atmospheric pressure or a pressure less than the atmospheric pressure; and a stirring container 5 which is connected with the storage container 3 at a lower part of the storage container 3 through a connection tube 4, accommodates the first mixture M1 temporarily stayed in the storage container 3, and forms a second mixture of the solid and the liquid by stirring with a stirring blade 50 located immersed in the first mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
