<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bait box integrated with a hand towel when fishing. <P>SOLUTION: The bait box for fishing with the hand towel includes a hook provided on the rear face of a lid of the bait box, and a string loop or a hole provided at the corner part of the hand towel.
