Computationally implemented methods and systems include receiving a request to carry out a task of acquiring data requested by a task requestor, acquiring one or more subtasks related to the task of acquiring data, determining a set of two or more discrete interface devices that are configured to carry out the one or more subtasks at a particular time and in an absence of information regarding the at least one task and/or the task requestor, and facilitating a transmission of one or more subtasks to two or more of the set of two or more discrete interface devices.
