摘要 This invention relates to a titanium dioxide catalyst particle, the catalyst particle comprising rutiie nanorods having metal nanoparticles deposited at or near the free ends of the nanorods, which is suitable to catalyse reactions after exposure to temperatures above 550 deg C. The invention also provides for the use of a catalyst particle in catalysing reactions and a method of catalysing reactions, the catalyst particle being suitable to catalyse reactions after exposure to temperatures above 550 deg C.
