The system comprises a signal control strobe unit, a signal transceiver and a communication connection module; the signal control strobe unit and the signal transceiver communicate with each other via the communication connection module. The present invention also particularly relates to a method for the single channel position control source to control time division multiplexing circuit strobes, comprising a pulse counting unit and a multiplex separation unit; as the control signal of the multiplex separation unit, the output terminal of the pulse counting unit is connected to the controlled signal input terminal of the multiplex separation unit, forming multipath input one path output or one path output multipath input.
