<p>An array substrate, a manufacturing and repairing method for same, and a liquid crystal display apparatus. The array substrate is a thin film transistor liquid crystal display array substrate, and comprises a pixel electrode (16), a gate line (11) and a data line (14). A parasitic capacitor (31) is formed at the place where the gate line (11) and the data line (14) overlap. The data line (14) is further provided with a branch portion (144). The branch portion (144) and the gate line (11) overlap to form a protection capacitor (32) connected in parallel with the parasitic capacitor (31). The withstand voltage of the protection capacitor (32) is less than that of the parasitic capacitor (31). The repairing method comprises: locating a breakdown protection capacitor (32); and cutting the branch portion (144) corresponding to the protection capacitor (32). The data line (14) is selected to set the branch portion (144) overlapping with the gate line (11) to form the protection capacitor (32) connected in parallel with the parasitic capacitor (31) and having a smaller withstand voltage, and the data line (14) is located at the top layer, so later repairing is easier.</p> |
