PURPOSE: A carbon nanotubes or graphite collecting device is provided to collect powder products without a separate pulverizing process by colliding carbon nanotubes or graphite by using a pressure generated in a pressure-releasing process. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotubes or graphite collecting device comprises a ring type supply part(21), a pressure-releasing chamber(22), and two or more nozzles. The ring type supply part supplies carbon nanotubes or graphite in high pressure by a supercritical hydroxide process or a supercritical hydrocarbon process. The pressure-releasing chamber has a specific inner space and is located inside the region surround by the ring type supply part. The nozzles sprays the functionalized carbon nanotubes or graphite in high pressure into a pressure-releasing chamber. [Reference numerals] (AA,BB) Functionalized-CNT
