The invention provides a fluid test strip and method thereof. The fluid test strip comprises a base plate with a fluid channel, which consequently comprises a first fluid region, a second fluid region and a third fluid region. Furthermore, the fluid channel comprises a first antibody located in the first fluid region, a saccharide and a peroxidase located in the first or second fluid region, a second antibody immobilized onto the second fluid region, and a substrate reaction reagent containing saccharide oxidases located in the third fluid region, wherein the second antibody can recognize a different epitope from the first antibody against the same analyte. When the fluid was infused into the fluid channel, the saccharide oxidase would catalyze the saccharide flowing into the third fluid region to generate a hydrogen peroxide, and then the hydrogen peroxide would be catalyzed and reacted with the peroxidase flowing into the third fluid region to generate an electric signal. |
