<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the generation of an image to be desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor includes a first processing part, a second processing part, and a control part. The first processing part gives a first effect to an image. The second processing part gives multiple second effects different from the first effect to the image. The control part performs control to give the first effect by the first processing part to an image in accordance with a user operation when the user operation received by an operation reception part satisfies a predetermined condition.
