<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction bidding system. <P>SOLUTION: The system allows media content providers, such as advertisers, to define bidding constraints for a targeted audience and bid on wireless device assets, such as a wireless device memory, a wireless device application, a wireless device ringtone, and wireless device wallpaper, if a biddable wireless device asset is defined. Additionally, the system provides wireless device users with an option to participate in allocation of the users' respective wireless device assets, such as a memory, an application, a ringtone, and wallpaper, and define conditions, such as a content type and a time period, which is to be met in order for the allocation of the wireless device asset to occur.
