A regenerated energy power generation device for generating power using regenerated energy, provided with: a tower; at least one blade; a hub on which the blade is mounted; a rotating shaft connected to the hub; a nacelle including a nacelle base plate mounted on the tower, and a common base plate formed separately from the nacelle base plate and supported by the nacelle base plate; a main bearing for rotatably supporting the rotating shaft to the nacelle base plate; a hydraulic pump mounted on the rotating shaft, the rotation of the rotating shaft causing the hydraulic pump to generate hydraulic oil; a hydraulic motor driven by the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic pump; and a power generator driven by the hydraulic motor; the hydraulic motor and the power generator being placed on the common base plate.
