<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a production plan meeting deadline of an order while permitting some excess of process capability in consideration of a down time zone and an operation time zone. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer, order information and operation schedule information are registered, loads of each order are piled up in an operation time period before a delivery time within a prescribed period constituted only by the operation time period, and a load accumulation result in which the loads are accumulated in a future direction of a temporal axis is calculated (STEP1 to STEP3). A load increase rate is calculated while fixing a start time period and updating the width of a load increase rate calculating period within the prescribed period, and a maximum load increase rate taking a maximum value and a maximum load increase rate calculating period are registered in load increase rate information for unpiling (STEP4 to STEP15). When a termination time period of the maximum load increase rate calculating period becomes a termination time period of the prescribed period, unpiling of the loads is carried out on the basis of the load increase rate information for unpiling (STEP16 to STEP18). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
