摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out super wide-field observation while composing an eyepiece optical system and a lens barrel to be short, light-weight and inexpensive.

SOLUTION: A microscope optical system 1 includes: an objective optical system 2 for condensing light from a sample A; an image forming optical system 3 with a variable focus distance for forming an image of the light from the sample A which is condensed by the objective optical system 2; and an eyepiece optical system 4 for forming an image as a virtual image B to an eye E of an observer by enlarging the image of the sample A formed by the image forming optical system 3, and satisfies the following conditional expressions: (1) M=Fntl/Fob×250/Fne, (2) Fntl=Ftl×Kt, (3) Fne=Fe×Kt, and (4) 0.4COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
