<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer 20 for an elevator, which solves a problem of a mechanical buffer and suppresses temporary reduction of reaction upon buffering. <P>SOLUTION: The buffer 20 for an elevator includes: a disk-like base plate 21 made of rubber; a buffering wall 22 made of rubber and obliquely rising from an upper surface peripheral part of the base plate 21 toward a center side at a prescribed height; an upper surface plate 23 made of rubber and blocking an upper end of an inner space 26 formed by the buffering wall 22; and a diaphragm plate 24 which is made of rubber and whose peripheral edge is bonded to an inner peripheral surface of the buffering wall 22 in the inner space 26. The diaphragm plate 24 is nearly horizontally provided and divides the inner space 26 into an upper space 27 and a lower space 28. An air hole 31 communicating the upper space 27 with an outside is formed in the upper surface plate 23. A small adjusting hole 32 for adjusting outflow speed of air flowing out from the lower space 28 when the buffering wall 22 is buckled upon collision is formed in the base plate 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
