<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage doubler rectifier circuit capable of preventing variation in the DC power supply voltage, output by the variation component of an AC power supply voltage, from increasing. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage doubler rectifier section 2 generates and outputs a DC power supply voltage equal to m times of the input AC power supply voltage when a transistor Q1 is on. A comparison section 3 compares the DC power supply voltage output from the voltage doubler rectifier section 2 with a first threshold. When the DC power supply voltage output from the voltage doubler rectifier section 2 reaches the first threshold or more, a switching section 4 switches a transistor Q1 from on state to off state. Consequently, the input AC power supply voltage increases, and when the amplitude value of the DC power supply voltage output from the voltage doubler rectifier section 2 increases, it is thought that the amplitude value of variation component of the output DC power supply voltage also increases, and thereby voltage doubler rectification can be lowered from m times to n times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
