The free stream flow engine comprises rotating portions that are propelled on a rotor, for producing liquid, gaseous and plasma medium lift forces. The forces are changed by the rotation of the rotor in a technically usable rotation torque. A bearing of the rotor is designed as a shaft, wheel-rail system, air bag system, or as magnetic levitation system.
