PURPOSE: A method for preparing a hydrolysate of Navicula incerta is provided to establish optimal growth condition and to ensure antioxidation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a hydrolysate of Navicula incerta comprises: a step of culturing Navicula incerta in an artificial seawater medium; a step of filtering, concentrating, and freeze-drying the culture medium; a step of pulverizing Navicula incerta and adding distilled water; a step of adding cellulase and performing hydrolysis; a step of adding protease to the hydrolysate and adjusting to pH 7; and a step of stirring the hydrolysate and culturing; and heating the culture.
