CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a pear jam composition using a crushed pear product with lactobacillus comprises the following steps: fermenting crushed pear with lactobacillus to obtain fermented liquid of the crushed pear; and adding sugar into the fermented liquid. The lactobacillus is selected from the group consisting of lactobacillus, leuconostoc, enterococcus, bifidobacterium, and streptococcus.
