<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing printing fluid from scattering to the outside of a device when a printing fluid cartridge is inserted/removed. <P>SOLUTION: A cartridge attachment part 110 includes a case 101 into which ink cartridges 30B, 30CL are inserted through an opening 112, a flat lid 12 that closes the opening 112 (closed state) and opens the opening 112 (opened state) by being rotated around a rotating shaft 13, and an ink supply tube 122 provided on the back surface 102 of the case 101 and connected to ink supply ports 71, 171 of the ink cartridges 30B, 30CL to guide ink. The lid 12 has a curved part 14 which is curved so that an end face 17 of one lateral end side formed along the rotating shaft 13 faces the back surface 102 of the case 101 in the closed state.
