<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste container installation base for use in manufacture of electronic component, capable of preventing intrusion of dust into a paste container which houses paste while shortening the working hours. <P>SOLUTION: A paste container installation base 10 for use in manufacture of electronic component includes an air equalization section 12, an installation base 14 and a support section 16. The air equalization section 12 includes a first member 18 formed cylindrically, a second member formed conically and air supply means 22. The installation base 14 for installing a paste container is provided below the air equalization section 12 separately therefrom. The support section 16 supports the air equalization section 12 and the installation base 14. The bottom opening 18b of the first member 18 has a shape similar to the shape of the bottom face 20b of the second member 20, and a clearance 26 for forming a wall by air flow is provided between the bottom opening 18b of the first member 18 and the bottom face 20b of the second member 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
