<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device for plant cultivation with a simple structure which condenses and guides a large amount of natural light from a light condensing part with a large area while reducing consumption of energy to guide and illuminate strong cultivation light. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting device for plant cultivation 100, which illuminates cultivation light guided externally on the upper side of a large number of plants P arranged on cultivation shelves 171, includes a light guide part 130 equipped with a light illuminating part 140 formed in accordance with arrangement of the plants P, and a light condensing part 120 placed on one side of the light illuminating part 130 to condense external light for guiding to the light guide part 130.
