<p>Provided are an energy-storing mechanism having a forced supply mechanism and achieving a reduction in space, and an on-load tap changing device comprising the energy-storing mechanism. An energy-storing mechanism has a spring (26), a windup case (24) capable of sliding in the direction in which the spring (26) compresses, and an energy-storing case (27) capable of sliding in the direction in which the spring (26) extends. Inside the windup case (24) and the energy-storing case (27) are a crank (30) which axially rotates in conjunction with the sliding of the energy-storing case (27), and catches (31A, 31B) for restraining the energy-storing case (27) and the crank (30) until the windup case (24) compresses the spring (26). An eccentric cam (22) is provided on the outer side of the windup case (24) and the energy-storing case (27), coupled from outside to the windup case (24) via a swinging coupler (23), and rotated by an electric operation mechanism, whereby the windup case (24) is made to slide via the swinging coupler (23).</p> |
