The article comprises a base body made of a polymeric material with elastic properties, where: a surface of the article is free from a coating (9) according to a first variant; the surface is provided with a coating made of polymeric material according to a second variant; and microparticles such as microcapsules are interfered in the polymeric material of the base body and/or coating. The microcapsules (11) comprises a phase-change material (PCM) liquefying with heating on the melting temperature and absorbing heat without rising the temperature thus forming a latent heat storage. The article comprises a base body made of a polymeric material with elastic properties, where: a surface of the article is free from a coating (9) according to a first variant; the article surface is completely or partially provided with a coating made of a polymeric material according to a second variant; the coating forms a detention composite with the base body; and microparticles are interfered in the polymeric material of the base body and/or coating. The microparticles are microcapsules (11). The microcapsules comprise a phase-change material (PCM) that liquefies with heating on the melting temperature and absorbs quantities of heat without rising the temperature thus forming a latent heat storage, which delivers its heat if the external temperature falls below the temperature of the PCM material and keeps its temperature constant until the PCM material is solidified completely. The PCM material comprises a melting point of 25-100[deg] C, and is a highly pure paraffin wax. The base body comprises an inner layer and an outer layer (7), where multilayer strength carrier layer made of a textile material is embedded between the inner layer and outer layer. According to the first variant, the microcapsules with the PCM material are interfered in the inner layer and/or outer layer of article. According to the second variant, the surface of the inner layer and/or outer layer is provided with the coating. The microcapsules with the PCM material are interfered exclusively in coating of the inner layer and/or outer layer.
