<p>The sealing valve has a pipe socket at which two deep sea robots are supported by using a steel cord. A steel plate (1) is fixed to a borehole and is secured in front of pipe socket so that sparkling wine corks are hurled out. An inner pipe (14) is fixedly sealed with an outer pipe (15) through an attachment screw (12). The seal plate is brought in a position over borehole by a thrust cylinder (8). An inflatable airbag secured in outer pipe is automatically blown up with operation of a compressed air tank to completely seal a cavity between inner and outer pipes.</p>
