PURPOSE: A flat display panel is provided to prevent static electricity due to the contact of a test pin with a test pad, by using a switch. CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit unit(105) is electrically connected to a data line and a gate line through a link. The test pad is electrically connected to an integrated circuit unit through a line. A first test pad(106a) for a gate is connected to the gate line. A second test pad(106b) for data is connected to the data line. |
