PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a color shift effect by using an optical compensation layer. CONSTITUTION: A driving thin film transistor includes a red(R), a green(G), a blue(B) and a white sub pixel region(W). The organic electro-luminescence display includes a first electrode(122), an organic common level(134), and a second electrode(136). An optical compensation layer(128) is formed in the white sub pixel region and compensates for color shift according to a viewing angle. An organic passivation layer(118) is formed on the driving thin film transistor.
