<p>PURPOSE: A printing control device and a control method thereof are provided to guarantee security without enabling a user to recognize a next printing job. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(202) receives printing data from a data processing device. A first printing control unit executes a printing process without requiring the input of authentication information based on the printing data. When the re-printing of the printing data is indicated by the first printing control unit, a request unit requests the input of authentication information for the re-printing. When the authentication information is matched with the authentication information of the printing data stored in the storage unit, the second printing control unit executes the printing unit based on the printing data.
