<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely determine stop of movement of a forklift. <P>SOLUTION: A moving speed of the forklift 20 and a discriminating signal which presents whether the moving direction thereof is forward or backward are gained by the data recorder 10. When the combination of the moving speed and the moving direction satisfies predetermined conditions, it is determined that the movement of the forklift 20 is stopped irrespective of detection result of a sensor with which the forklift 20 is equipped, operation data including the determination result thereof is recorded into a recording medium 60, and the recording data thereof is analyzed by the operation control device 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
