<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame capture device suitable for monitoring a frame flowing through a relay network of wide area Ethernet (R). <P>SOLUTION: The frame capture device includes: a frame detection section that detects a frame from data received in a relay network of wide area Ethernet; an extraction processing section that extracts a transfer tag from the detected frame; and a display data processing section that displays the extracted transfer tag on a display unit.
