<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation control method which efficiently performs operation control in accordance with usage conditions of an elevator and achieves energy saving, and to provide an elevator operation control device and an elevator operation control system using the elevator operation control method. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator operation control device includes a learning information storage part and a determination part. The learning information storage part stores a difference between a capacity of a preset capacity of a riding car and the number of persons in the riding car when it is determined "not to ride the elevator because it is crowded" by persons waiting for the elevator on a riding area as learning information. The determination part analyzes image information in the riding car when riding area call information is registered, and gains the number of persons in the car, when the number of the persons in the car does not reach the number obtained by deducting the learning information from the capacity preset on the elevator, it is determined to stop the riding car at the riding area in accordance with the registered riding area call information, and when the number of the persons in the car reaches the number obtained by deducting the learning information from the capacity preset on the elevator, it is determined to cause the riding car to pass through the riding area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
