<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit capable of maintaining a focused state according to a variable power operation when an AF operation is instructed while a variable power lens is under manual variable power operation, and an imaging device thereof. <P>SOLUTION: When detection of a focusing point of a correction lens L105 is instructed while a variable power operation unit L109 which is connected to a variable lens L102 with a mechanical structure operates the variable lens, a lens microcomputer L106 acquires a focusing point detected by a camera microcomputer C106, and generates a new focusing cam locus on the basis of the position of the variable lens L102 and the position of the correction lens 105 at the instance, and a focusing cam locus in a lens unique data storage L1061. The lens microcomputer L106 determines a target position of the correction lens L105 on the basis of the new focusing cam locus, and drives the correction lens to the determined target position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
