<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring controller capable of reducing time and trouble in preparing a time schedule. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring controller controls a plurality of apparatuses including at least one common apparatus and a plurality of individual apparatuses operated with individual time schedules. The monitoring controller includes a preparation section and a control section. The preparation section prepares a synthetic schedule that is a logical addition relative to the time of time schedule.
