One aspect is a method of offering discounted goods or services including processing a requested financial transaction from a user at a point-of-sale location via a transaction processor system. Data from the requested financial transaction is compared to an existing database reflective of data from previously requested financial transactions of the user. A discount offer based upon data from previously requested financial transactions of the user is generated. The discount offer is communicated to the user at the point-of-sale location in conjunction with the completion of the requested financial transaction.
