A radiography apparatus comprises a radiographic unit (13), which is provided with an X ray emitter (19) and an X ray receiver (20), is mounted to rotate, with respect to a supporting frame (12), about a rotation axis (17), and is stopped by a stopper means (21) defined by a stopper pin (22) mounted on the supporting frame (12) and by one single stopper arm (23) mounted on the radiographic unit (13) and provided with two seats (25, 26) suitable for being selectively engaged by the stopper pin (22) following rotation of the radiographic unit (13) in two opposite directions of forward movement. |
