PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively process plural shield wires while securing a water cut-off performance by storing a water cut-off agent at a water cut-off objective portion.

SOLUTION: A connector connection terminal processing structure part 10 of a shield wire is a terminal processing structure part of plural shield wires 20 to which terminal parts are connected with connectors. The connector connection terminal processing structure part 10 of the shield wire comprises: a plurality of shield wires 20 having exposed core wire parts 24 and coating parts 28 and aligned in parallel to each other; a first water cut-off part 30 collectively covering boundary portions of the exposed core wire parts 24 and the coating parts 28 of the plural shield wires 20 and formed of a paste-like water cut-off agent 32; and a second sheet-like water cut-off part 40 covering an outer periphery of the first water cut-off part 30, provided in close contact with outer peripheries of the exposed core wire parts 24 and the coating parts 28 on both sides of the first water cut-off part 30 in an extension direction of the shield wires 20, and not infiltrated with the paste-like water cut-off agent 32.
