<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow coaxiality between a brake disk and a coil case of a sheave brake and parallelism of the coil case to be reliably within a prescribed tolerance at one time when mounting the sheave brake for breaking a sheave of a hoisting machine. <P>SOLUTION: This assembly jig comprises: a coaxiality jig for positioning a brake disk 24 at the true center of an inner diameter part of a coil case 22 so that coaxiality of the brake disk 24 engaged with a brake shaft 17 coaxially connected to a rotary shaft of a sheave 14 relative to the coil case 22 is within prescribed tolerance; and a parallelism jig fixing the coil case 22 to the brake shaft 17 so that parallelism of a side surface of a sheave brake device is within prescribed tolerance with reference to an end surface of the brake shaft 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
